We provided no road maps, because XBS is such a complex environment that we knew no standardized approach would work. We did tell people how to order materials and gave them our phone numbers. Other than that, we just sent them off, hoping they would do good. Within six months, over one thousand additional folks had taken part in camp experiences. People took highly individualized approaches—no two alike.
